  • Proofs are delivered to clients within 1-5 days after the shoot.

    Edited images are typically completed within 5-14 business days from the date the client selects the images for editing, unless rush editing services are purchased.

    Additional edits and video work are completed after the initial package of photos has been delivered. Video projects may take up to 30 days to complete, although they are generally delivered within 10-20 business days.

    For creative shoots that are complimentary, there is no fixed delivery timeline; however, turnaround is usually within 1-2 months.

  • Rescheduling a Shoot is free as long as it is discussed with Mavaro Media 48 hours prior to booking time.

    If not informed of reschedule, the deposit will be kept as the fee.

  • The photos naturally look stunning straight out of the camera; however, I enhance them further with professional edits, including color correction, blemish removal, stray hair touch-ups, and sky replacement if necessary.

    Body modifications are not included unless the premium edits add-on is purchased. To ensure the best results, please wear clothing that fits correctly. We strongly recommend wardrobe tryouts and fittings prior to your important shoot.

  • Yes! Mavaro Media will gladly travel to your desired location.

    Additional fees may apply for locations outside my local area, including travel expenses and accommodations if required.

  • Depending on the location, you may have 3-4 guest accompany you during your session.

    Large groups of people tend to take the focus away from the session and can cause distracts for the subject.

  • It’s best to book 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. For peak seasons or large-scale projects, booking even earlier is recommended.

  • We deliver project via:

  • In case of inclement weather, we can reschedule at no additional cost or work together to find an indoor alternative. Flexibility is key to ensuring the best results.

  • While advanced bookings are preferred, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability. Please contact us to check.

  • Yes, all photos and videos include basic edits such as color correction and minor touch-ups. Advanced edits, such as body modifications or extensive enhancements, are available for an additional fee.

  • Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount is applied toward the total cost of your session.
